How do I return/exchange my Try Before You Buy order?
Please click here to request a return/exchange. Try Before You Buy orders must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the delivery date to avoid being charged. Please note the $5 shipping fee for Try Before You Buy orders is non-refundable.
When will I be charged?
You’ll be automatically charged for the products in your order 21 days from delivery.
